The partnership, in clear terms.

Learn how Virtue IPA supports independent practices, then discuss participation and compensation terms directly with our team.

Prepare for a partnership discussion

A conversation helps you understand the support and responsibilities before deciding. These steps are a discussion guide, not an application or a promise of participation.

  1. Start a conversation

Tell our team about your practice, your patients, and the questions you want to explore.

Support around your practice

Virtue IPA supports participating practices with useful patient data, accurate documentation and coding, quality improvement, and care management. A partnership starts with understanding your practice and the support that matters to your team.

Shared responsibilities

A strong partnership also depends on the work of participating practices:

  • Submit claims on time.
  • Complete annual wellness visits.
  • Document fully and accurately, with our support.
  • Keep improving the care of your patients.

What is the institutional risk pool?

This is the pool of funds for which an IPA bears risk, largely related to hospital care. Under the Virtue IPA partnership, surplus is shared with primary care physicians based on performance and applicable terms.

Discuss the terms with us

Participation and compensation terms are discussed directly with the Virtue IPA team, not published on this website. Bring your questions about practice support, shared economics, and the agreement. We’ll walk through the details before you decide.
